How to buy

How do I buy?

Monthly Sales: 

The adoption starts at 8pm UK time on the date specified. The instant buy creatures will be made live on the website at that time. If there are auctions, these will begin at 8.30pm UK time on the confirmed date. Auctions take place on my host site 32auctions.com. Details will be posted on my social media if an auction is planned.

For auctions, each creature will be posted with a start bid . Consecutive bids can then be made in the in full pounds only. Auctions last from 24 to 48 hours depending on the piece.  Please only bid what you want to pay for the item. Bids do not include postage which is £7.50 UK and £23 to the USA. Other shipping info can be found in the FAQ section. ​

You can purchase on the website and bid aswell. 

Instant buy creatures can be purchased on the website at 8pm. They usually sell out very quickly! I recommend pre-registering using the registration listing so your details are saved or you may miss your preferred creature. I refund all pre-registration listings. 

An item in your basket is not sold until the payment has gone through. It is not reserved because it is in your basket.

How do I pay?

Payment is made via the website through debit or credit card for both auctions and website sales. 

If you have won an auction I will create a website listing for you and send a link via email so you are able to pay.

Any creature not paid for within 24 hours will be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted on the website. I cannot hold creatures to wait for paydays etc. Please only bid on auctions if you have the means to pay immediately.

I no longer use Paypal due to issues with them holding international payments for prolonged periods.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes I post to most places although I am currently not able to ship to the EU due to new VAT regulations. 

All items are gift packaged with an adoption certificate.

Postage will need to be added at checkout, please ensure you have selected the correct shipping location. Please also ensure your shipping address is correct. I cannot be held responsible for items that have been sent to incorrect addresses and will not refund if the loss of a parcel is due to the customer giving an incorrect address. 

Postage is from £7.50 UK recorded first class or special delivery for £8.50.

Europe postage including Ireland is from £12 tracked and signed. USA is from £23 postage tracked. Canada and rest of the world is from £23 tracked and signed. Postage cost may change due to side and weight of parcel.

What if my item is broken during transit?

In the unlikely event of a creature arriving damaged, I will advise as to the best way of repairing it. Each item comes with a tube of super glue in case of an accident. If it is unable to be repaired I will accept a return and fully refund including return postage once the creature has been received. Alternatively I can return the creature to you once it has been repaired. I do not offer partial refunds and creatures must be returned to me if a refund is required.

I cannot be held responsible for damage resulting once the creature is home e.g. through rough handling, misuse or dropping and refunds and returns are not accepted for this. I will however advise as you on making repairs. Creatures must arrive in the condition you sent them or a refund will not be issued. If further damage occurs in transit return a claim will need to be made through your postal courier. Please ensure a creature is adequately insured before returning it.

Do you accept commissions?

Not at this current time.
